Where are you located?
Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort is located in Paphos, Kato Paphos to be precise. It is just 17km from Paphos (Pafos) International Airport (PFO).

What Credit Cards do you accept?
At Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort, we accept all major credit cards, including VISA, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. We also accept all main currencies and you may exchange money at our reception.

When can I Check In/Check Out?
Check in is after 14:00 hours and Check out is at 12:00 mid day at Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort.

What phone number should I leave with my family in case they need to contact me?
Please have them call Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort's 24 hour reception desk at + 357 26 88 2000 -they shall need your first and last name or your room number.

Where do I send Guest faxes?
Faxes for guests staying at Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort can be sent to +357 26 88 2100. Please include the recipient's first and last name and the room number if you know it.

When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged for it?
Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort's cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival for room-only individual reservations. No show and guests cancelling less then 72 hours before arrival will be charged three (3) nights accommodation. Please note that this does not apply if you are participating in a group or package stay. Each group has a specific policy.

What is the local tax?

VAT in Cyprus is currently charged at 15%.

What is the voltage?
The electricity supply in Cyprus and the sockets used are the same as in the United Kingdom: 240 volts, ac 50Hz. Sockets are usually 5A or 13A, square-pin. Adaptors are available from Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort reception.

Can I get connecting rooms?
There are connecting room available only in the hotel section of Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort, however these are limited and are subject to availability.

Do I need a reservation for the restaurants?
Reservations are usually not required for the restaurant at Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort, however you may wish to reserve for evening meals to avoid disappointment.

Where is the closest beach?
There is a beach about a 10-15 minute walk from Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort. Alternativaly the best sandy beach in Paphos, Coral Bay, is a 20 minute drive from the resort.
